VertiSpace Installs Advanced Paint System for Mezzanine Components |

MONTGOMERYVILLE, PA---VertiSpace handrail, stairs, gates and associated mezzanine products now pass through a leading-edge bake-on paint system that provides a superior and consistent coating to mezzanine components.
As a result, VertiSpace products undergo a vastly decreased total curing/drying time. Users of VertiSpace mezzanine systems now benefit from expedited finish and delivery times and excellent scratch resistance during shipping and installation.
The two part-macropoxy 646 used for VertiSpace components travels through a three-part conveyorized Filco power batch system, including a pre-heat oven, two spray booths and a cure oven, with an air make-up unit.
VertiSpace is a product of Canam Steel Corporation, a subsidiary of Canam Group, a manufacturer operating 13 plants employing 3,000 people specializing in design and fabrication of construction products and solutions.
