Canam Group Inc. Invites Media to Attend Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Press Conference |

(VILLE DE ST. GEORGES, QC) — Canam Group Inc. (TSX – CAM) invites the media to attend its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2007, at 11 a.m. at the Le Georgesville Convention Center in Ville de St. Georges in the Beauce region.
The meeting, which will be held in French, will be webcast live at www.canamgroup.ws. Simultaneous translation into English will be available. An archived webcast will also be available for post-event viewing at the same address.
A press conference will be held immediately afterwards in Chaudière Room in the company of Messrs. Marcel Dutil, chairman of the board and CEO, Marc Dutil, president and chief operating officer, and Charles Pinel, vice president and chief financial officer. They will be more than happy to answer questions in either French or English.
A conference call is also scheduled to take place in the afternoon for media representatives who are unable to attend the press conference. The conference call will be held in English.
