Murox designs and manufactures an energy-efficient building for Stageline Group
Murox, the business unit of Canam Group Inc. (TSX: CAM) which offers design-build solutions for high-performance building envelopes, secured a contract for the design and manufacture of an energy-efficient building in L’Assomption, Quebec. The contract was awarded by Stageline Group, the number one manufacturer of mobile stages in the world.
This contract involves the design, engineering, manufacture and erection of a building covering a surface area of 39,500 square feet (3,670 m2). The new Stageline building includes offices, a manufacturing plant and a pre-production area that boasts a height of 60 feet (18 m). The building integrates several MuroxEnergy components and thus generates significant heating and air conditioning cost savings and provides a high level of comfort for the building’s occupants.

Thanks to its innovative technology of shop-manufactured and assembled, load-bearing wall panels, Murox provides owners, developers and general contractors with custom-designed buildings of superior quality for their construction projects.
