| Description: |
Under the supervision of the sales manager, the incumbent will participate in the following activities:
- Elaboration and implementation of an effective marketing strategy.
- Development and participation in promotional events and presentations.
- Development and maintenance of a solid network of strategic partners who are recognized in their respective fields.
- Business development.
- Contract negotiations.
- Prefabrication meetings.
- Product development, including aspects such as:
- technical context
- customer requirements
- competition and general market context
- fabrication costs
These activities will be conducted in concert with various internal and external collaborators involved in achieving company objectives and in compliance with corporate values and priorities. |

| Requirements: |
- Ten (10) years of relevant work experience in the civil engineering sector, particularly in bridge construction, including five (5) years in sales.
- A college or university diploma in engineering or equivalent training or experience.
- Highly skilled in negotiating major contracts.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Ability to react quickly and make decisions rapidly.
- Autonomous and availability to travel frequently across North America.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite software and read blueprints.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations applicable in various states across the U.S.
