Position: Sales Representative

Location:Central and Eastern United States


Description:
Under the supervision of the sales manager, the incumbent will participate in the following activities:
  • Elaboration and implementation of an effective marketing strategy.
  • Development and participation in promotional events and presentations.
  • Development and maintenance of a solid network of strategic partners who are recognized in their respective fields.
  • Business development.
  • Contract negotiations.
  • Prefabrication meetings.
    • Product development, including aspects such as:
    • technical context
    • customer requirements
    • competition and general market context
    • fabrication costs

These activities will be conducted in concert with various internal and external collaborators involved in achieving company objectives and in compliance with corporate values and priorities.

Requirements:
  • Ten (10) years of relevant work experience in the civil engineering sector, particularly in bridge construction, including five (5) years in sales.
  • A college or university diploma in engineering or equivalent training or experience.
  • Highly skilled in negotiating major contracts.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Ability to react quickly and make decisions rapidly.
  • Autonomous and availability to travel frequently across North America.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite software and read blueprints.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations applicable in various states across the U.S.
