| Description: |
- Work under the supervision of BIM Project Manager
- Responsible for project execution, drawing review, RFI production and coordination of BIM models and related aspects for multi-disciplined building construction projects.
- Work includes 3D BIM model production, clash analysis and engineering reviews.
- Provide guidance and training on BIM model production to BIM Modelers and Trainees.
- Coordinate and maintain effective communication with InteliBuild BIM Project Managers, architects, structural engineers and building services engineers to ensure that all BIM modeling works are executed timely and correctly.
- Training will be provided for implementing InteliBuild BIM processes.

| Requirements: |
- Hold a degree or higher diploma or high certificate in Architectural Design, Building Construction, Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology or other related discipline.
- Have minimum 3 years experience in BIM model building for building construction projects or at least 3 years working experience in a design consultant firm or a contractor.
- Have good knowledge and working experience of application of BIM software (Autodesk Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, Revit MEP or Autodesk Navisworks) and MS Project and MS Office.
- Good command of English and/or Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
- Candidate(s) with less experience may apply for the post of BIM Modeler.
