| Description: |
| You will generate Revit MEP models from 2D design drawings for mechanical ventilation, electrical, plumbing & drainage and fire protection services. Your role will be to prepare the 3D models, identify errors on the drawings, missing information, conflicts and potential clashes. You will be responsible for creating RFI's and raising queries for the InteliBuild Project Manager to resolve. |

| Requirements: |
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience in MEP or E&M 3D modeling;
- A good working knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory;
- Any work experience with 3D modeling software such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, AutoCAD 3D, Microstation, PDS, Mechanical Desktop or AutoPlant will be considered an advantage;
- Jobsite experience will be an added advantage;
- Ability to communicate effectively in English;
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
