Board of Directors

A group's rigor

The responsibilities of the Board of Directors are those stated in the legislation and guidelines. As part of its corporate governance practices, the Board is responsible for analyzing and approving the company’s overall strategy, including the annual budget. The Chief Executive Officer must ensure the implementation of the company's strategic plan, which he developed with the other members of management and which was approved by the Board of Directors. He also has responsibilities conferred by the general by-laws of the company or by resolution of the Board.

All members of the board of directors will continue in office until the next Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
